Crosswalks in Kirkland

I saw this earlier this week in Downtown Kirkland, WA and I just had to share it.

Crosswalks in Kirkland

The idea is that you take one of these flags and carry it with you as you cross the road. The other side of the flag-holder box says that there have been 20-something deaths due to pedestrian accidents without the signs, but zero with them. Don’t you love corelation logic?

  1. joe says:

    That’s so meta.

A guy is holding a flag meaning “Be careful of a guy holding a flag.”

Have your say
